A Great Mexican Restaurant Blue Agave Club is owned by Alexandro and Susan Garcia and is their third Bay Area Mexican restaurant. Nearby to Pleasanton, the other two are located in Mountain View and have been honored by the local community in the "Best of Mexican Food, Seafood and Margarita" categories. They are called Fiesta Del Mar and Fiesta Del Mar Too. Alexandro Garcia is a native of Mexico and brings his family's favorite recipes with him to Pleasanton. He has also created his own specialties by blending traditional Mexican flavors with the health conscious "California - style of cooking". Alexandro started in the restaurant business 25 years ago when his parents, sisters and he started La Fiesta Restaurant (also in Mountain View). Susan Garcia is a native of California and is a dietician by education. She has complimented her education background with 18+ years of business experience in the areas of sales, marketing and strategic planning. The restaurant is open for Lunch and Dinner, everyday and have excellent patio dining (weather permitting). Reservations are recommended. Our menu includes a variety of selections from classic Tortilla Soup and Mole Poblano to Grilled Salmon (a house specialty) & Filet Mignon with a spicy Chilpotle Chile Sauce. We also specialize in premium "sipping" tequilas and carry over 200 different varieties. If you so desire, you'll learn about the tequila-producing region of Mexico and how tequilas are made.
